Send us an enquiry email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, business name, type of space i.e. shops, galleries, restaurants, cafes, etc, and we will send you an account invitation. Once you receive this you can create an account instantly and then click through to the site to log in.
Simply shop our online store as normal however, and this is the best bit, all of the retail prices will have been replaced with wholesale prices. Isn't that awesome?!
That said, it is very important to note that if an item hasn't changed in price that is because we do not offer that product for wholesale at the moment.
Once you've completed your shopping frenzy then simply select "wholesale invoice" at the checkout and we'll email this to you within 3 working days.
Please note our order minimums when deciding which items you'd like to stock. Our total order minimum is £250. It is also important to note that due to the limited nature of some of the prints, these can sell out fast and may not be available for reorder.
Payments for the 1st THREE wholesale orders must be paid prior to the products being dispatched. Thereafter accounts may be settled on a 30 day invoice.
We are unable to give an accurate estimated delivery cost before the order is placed. This is due to the courier costs being based on size of order, weight of order, format of products and delivery destination. We will provide a delivery quote and courier information along with your invoice.
We use a selection of reliable, reputable and established couriers for all of our shipping. The courier company will specified on your wholesale invoice.
Order are dispatched within a maximum of two weeks (10 business days). Larger pieces and more unique orders may be subject to additional printing lead times however estimated delivery times will be discussed and you will be kept regularly apprised of any change in delivery estimations.
If you change your mind about your order, or would like to add to it, you can cancel or amend this within 24 hours of us receiving your order.
DAMAGED ITEMS & RETURNS
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged we are more than happy to refund you for this. If this is the case simply email us at email@example.com with some photos of your package as it arrived. Returns for unwanted items are not accepted.
